Kalitta 66 was a Lear 35 that slowly lost pressurization in the Flight Levels, causing the crew to suffer from unrecognized extreme hypoxia above FL260. The pilot’s voice is slurred and barely intelligible.

This can be a daunting task at first, I admit. I just installed a system in a Duo for a student of mine. Yes a student pilot with a new Duo, I love my job.
Start by figuring out what size bottles fits in the sailplane.

At the 2002 15-meter Nationals in Tonopah, Nevada, Dr. Philippe was using his new pulse oximeter to test pilots' oxygen saturation while on the grid before takeoff. I remember his comments that many were so low he would not have let them out of his office.
