Same Day Shipping
To ensure same-day shipping via UPS, orders must be received by 5:30 PM EST / 3:30 PM MST, business days Monday through Friday. While we stock the vast majority of items listed in our online store, availability may vary, and we cannot guarantee that every item will be in stock at all times. However, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.
During periods of high order volume, particularly around holidays, there may be slight delays, and we cannot guarantee that all orders will ship on the business day following a holiday closure.
Special order items are shipped based on the manufacturer's lead times. For estimated shipping timelines, please refer to the product page for details specific to each item.
Some items may drop ship directly from the manufacturer. If your order includes both drop ship items and products from our warehouse, you will receive multiple shipments. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment as it becomes available.
When an order includes both special order items and in-stock products, the order will typically ship complete once all items are available. If you need the in-stock items to ship sooner, we recommend placing separate orders to avoid delays.
Please note that all orders over US$500 will require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.

UPS only guarantees Next Day Service. Second Day, Three Day, and Ground service is not guaranteed.

USPS
Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class Mail are processed and shipped the following business day, Monday through Friday.

FedEx
Wings & Wheels does not ship via FedEx. However, if you would like to use your personal or business FedEx account, we’re happy to accommodate. To proceed, please place your order using the Check / Bank Transfer payment option at checkout. In the order comments, indicate that you’d like us to use your FedEx account. We will convert your order into a Sales Order and email you a secure credit card payment link. Once payment is received, we will provide the package weight and dimensions. You will then be responsible for sending us a prepaid FedEx shipping label and arranging the pickup. Please note that a US$5.00 handling fee applies to all shipments using a customer-provided FedEx account.
DHL
Wings & Wheels can use your personal or business DHL account. To proceed, please place your order using the Check / Bank Transfer payment option at checkout. In the order comments, indicate that you’d like us to use your DHL account. We will convert your order into a Sales Order and email you a secure credit card payment link. Once payment is received, we will process and arrange shipmnet using your DHL account. Please note that a US$5.00 handling fee applies to all shipments using a customer-provided DHL account.
