I started flying cross country as a teenager and I gave multiple talks at Soaring Conventions on "How to meet the farmers daughter". I never did meet a farmers daughter. But I did teach pilots how to plan ahead and avoid landing out.

Some airports require you to report your ground position while towing your glider to the grid. The JWGC in Narromine Australia was one of those places, there you had to do all back taxing on the runway.
Being able to call other pilots in the air while you are still on the ground is convenient if you are deciding when to launch. It might be nicer to sit in the shade vs walking back and forth

This can be a daunting task at first, I admit. I just installed a system in a Duo for a student of mine. Yes a student pilot with a new Duo, I love my job.
Start by figuring out what size bottles fits in the sailplane.
