General Description
IMI Canopy Cover - is a high quality canopy cover that protects against dust and water. A canopy cover protects the canopy against scratches, dust and UV radiation and cockpit equipment and instruments against overheating and direct sunlight. The canopy covers are made from high quality Softshell fabric. Softshell is very soft and smooth and the woven outer layer material is flexible and resistant. Intermediate layer consists of a membrane against dampness.
The cover is attached to the fuselage nose and is secured with four or five straps (two seat aircraft). Two straps with plastic hooks hold the trailing edges of the wings, remaining straps secure around the low side of the fuselage. The color is an elegant light gray, the cover can be washed in the washing machine (40 °C).
