This is a straight C, not a CX. So the tips are not ballasted. Wing loading at 15m 11.1 lb/ft. 18 M 9.8 lbs lb/ft. Very competitive for the regional contest flying and a big advantage when conditions are weak! Empty wing loadings are lighter than other manufacturers giving a large climb in weak conditions- fly/climb when othered can’t. If you’re soaring in the mountains, wing loading at 10lbs are preferable for the maneuverability and demanding conditions when flighting close to terrain. This aircraft is offered with a new Blue tint canopy and a 100% refinish gel coat-sealed with PU. Buyer can select trim and race ID to be painted.:). Aircraft is scheduled to finish up the refinish in the next two months. Refinishing 15/18m ships with all new gel coat and PU over is apx $50,000 in the USA. The aircraft had a tail boom break. This was repaired. During the reaping process, the aircraft was fitted with a V-Stab mounted PFlarm and Transponder Antenna! There are NO Instruments/Radios in this aircraft.
