PZL Swidnik PW-5 Smyk

This PW-5 has one owner and is always kept in a hangar. Currently is still in active flying status. It flies great, well balanced. Has very smooth controls. It is easy to thermal, easy to take off, easy to land. If you are not familiar with the PW-5, it is light, easy to assemble and easy to transport on the ground. It has 580 hours only. All controls are an auto hookup PZL system. This started in an experimental category but later became a standard category glider. It has front wheel, main wheel and tail wheel. This has a nose hook and a CG hook. Canopy is nice, and has NO cracks! Comes with a great radio, good battery plus charger and good vario. We have all logbooks original manuals, and have an annual inspection until the end of September. Has no major damage history. It has a couple of surface repairs by an expert AI. Hoewer it started the aging process and needs to be refinished soon. Other than that I cannot say anything bad about it. It served us great. Located in Danville Illinois KDNV airport. It comes with no trailer but we are using an aluminum open trailer from our two seater and you can borrow it for the trip.
