Vario with audio, 2 1/4 inch ::: High Performance Engineering Mfg (Peter Masak while he was alive) - New 1993 ::: Includes the vario, integral speaker with external audio volume control with knob, external damping filter, and all cabling. Just mount, connect 12 vdc, and the TE tubing ::: Needle centering is adjustable ::: Note: the vario is quite long, about 6.5 inch behind the panel, including the barbed tubing fitting ::: It's a fast vario, but I preferred it slowed down some with the damping filter in the tubing to the TE port. I used it as my secondary vario for a few years, but removed it when I installed a transponder about 15 years ago. Since then, I kept it as a spare, but my CAI 302 became my spare when I installed an Air Avionics vario.
