We have an experimental electricly converted Strojnik s-2A for sale, fitted with a Zero motorcycle 50 hp motor, and we are now completing flight tests in this motor glider. The battery charge lasts about 1 hr, if the aircraft is flown conservatively. The aircraft can be flown to 3000 ft AGL and then soared in lift with enough charge left to sustain for 20-30 minutes. The aircraft needs some polishing and painting, but it is in good condition and ready to fly. After the passing of two owners, and with other owners downsizing their flying, we have decided to sell this unique aircraft. However, at least one owner/builder (the test pilot), continues to enjoy flying the electric S-2, and will happily tell you about the aircraft.
