Stemme S10-VT. Great cross country glider. No waiting for a tow plane. Self-launch and fly to good soaring at over 100 knots under engine power. Cruise to another location at 17,500’ MSL (or higher) at 140 KTAS burning less than 4 gph from the 30 gallon tanks. This is s/n 11-083, built in 2004. Avionics: ClearNav II soaring computer, ClearNav XC Vario with analog and digital screens, Dell Streak 5 running XCSoar, Winter mechanical vario, Garmin 396 GPS, Dynon D10a EFIS display, Trig TT-22 Mode-S Transponder with ADS-B out, PowerFlarm with two antennas which receives Flarm, ADS-B in, and Mode 3A/C transponders, two lithium iron phosphate batteries for for extended soaring in addition to the main ship’s battery. Options: Solo rigging system, manifold Pressure gauge, solar panels, PU paint, canopy cover, folding wings, no trailer, tail dolly and tow bar. Four-wheel ATV available (extra) for towing from the hangar to the assembly area, taxiing works just fine. Solo rigging in 10-15 minutes.
