SGS 2-33

1972 Schweizer 2-33, the "Gooney Bird" for sale. This aircraft is a solid 2-seat training aircraft, but admittedly questionable design choices on paint scheme with a brown nose! Would be a nice 2 seat trainer to add on to a glider club, and a great training ship despite the paint scheme! The Gooney Bird is equipped with Borgelt audio Vario and Becker Radio. It also has a push to talk and flip-flop switch in the rear seat. Included fitted canopy cover and 3D printed pitot/static cover. Previously leased to NC Soaring Association and was used for instruction, it has been a workhorse for our club and was flown routinely and is currently in storage in Raleigh, NC.
