1966 Schempp-Hirth SHK. Last flown in the late 80's or 90's, it is in need of some attention/restoration, but if you are looking at this you likely know that it was top-of-the-line in the Open Class in it's day. My father recently passed away and this was his glider. He also built a very nice aluminum enclosed trailer - from a kit I believe. It has newer tires, but if you are traveling any distance with this I would be happy to double check the tires and bearings prior to you coming.
The log book is around somewhere - I will get some information from that and post some pictures once I find it (I guessed at the total time for now). The photos in this ad were taken in 2013. I don't really know what something like this is worth, so if you are interested please feel free to shoot me an offer. I wasn't sure if the exterior was a '1' or '2', but the photos should tell the story. Feel free to call with any questions.
Cheers - Nick
