Selling my 1963 Zugvogel IIIB. For those unfamiliar, it's a 17m glider with a wood wing and empennage. It has a steel tube fuselage with a fiberglass cockpit fairing. Equipped with a cg hook, it can be ground-launched or aero towed. The airframe has less than 700hrs TT. The glider includes
-Rewebbed seatbelts
-New Tost G series release
-Enclosed easy towing trailer. The trailer and glider weigh ~2200lbs. I towed it from Edmonton, Alberta to central Minnesota and then to London, Ontario with my station wagon with no problems.
-Tail dolly
-Two wing stands
-Canopy Cover
-Audible total energy Vario
The glider is currently stateless and totally deregistered. Previously C-FTFT, it is currently being imported into the United States. At this stage, it would be equally as easy to re-register it Canadian if so desired. Needs an export certificate and I am currently working with a shop to get that taken care of. When the glider becomes fully imported I'll update the listing. Don't let this deter you from an amazing aircraft! The export/import process is simple and straightforward!
