Cross Country XC Parachute
Paradigm (Strong) 305 Cross-Country XC Parachute is designed to be used in airplanes where the seat is reclined. Very popular with Glider Pilots, 305 is the longest and thinnest Para-Cushion Model, a back parachute with an L-shaped, lightly-padded chair underneath. (There is no parachute canopy material in the chair portion.)
Strong 305 comes complete with: Harness/Container, Mid-Lite (standard), 30 FT Lo-Po (optional), or Lo-Po Lite Canopy (optional), Ripcord, Lil Grabber Pilot Chute (3) B–12 Snaps (One in the Chest and one on each leg), and Carry Bag.

The 26' Mid-Lite is a highly reliable 24 gore canopy, tested to a 5000 lb shock load, built to withstand the rigors of an emergency bail-out. In production since 1987 the Mid-Lite has proven time and time again that it is the most rugged and reliable reserve you can own!

Lo-Po Lite Canopy The Lo-Po Lite is a smaller, lighter emergency canopy that still features all of the strength, performance, and durability that Strong Canopies are known for. Slightly lighter weight than our other emergency canopies, Lo-Po Lite packs up smaller. A perfect companion to Acro Pro, our smallest and lightest Para-Cushion, it's a perfect fit for smaller Pilots and Passengers (Rigged Weight of 175 lbs or less) with a system weight of 15 ½ lbs. Rated 150 KIAS (77.17 m/s) maximum deployment speed. |

Inspection and Repack: In the USA, FAA regulations (14 CFR 91.307) require an emergency parachute in use to be inspected and packed by a licensed rigger within the last 180 days, or up to 1 year in countries that do not have a requirement. This preflight routine is mandatory to maintain the safety of your parachute.

This back mounted container is built to extend from the shoulders of the user to just above the knees. This long design allows the parachute to be packed uniformly throughout a larger area keeping the system as thin as possible. Spacer Foam padding throughout the system allows the user to comfortably sustain flight for many long hours.
