PA-25-235 (250hp) All ADs permanently complied with - Trades Considered

Selling my 1962 PA-25-235 Pawnee. Aircraft has approximately 10,100tt, 500SMOH, 100 on New McCauley prop. New fuel bladder, new tires, new brake discs and pads, new seat belts, new sealed lift struts, fresh landing gear STCs - Cessna 180 Landing gear (much nicer than standard bungee gear), Metal Wings, Metal Fuselage, Permanent spar repair, permanent tail repair, sealed lift struts, schweizer tow hook, Hoffman 4 blade composite propeller - included with sale but needs overhaul. Hoffman prop is 15-20dba quieter for noise sensitive operations. Aircraft just finished an extensive annual inspection. Tail AD permanently complied with, NEW sealed lift struts installed, new spring steel landing gear installed and all squawks repaired. Work was performed by Johnston aircraft in Tulare, CA.
