Naviter Bluetooth Dongle - Connect a high-quality external data stream to Oudie N or SeeYou Navigator with the Naviter Bluetooth Dongle.
The Naviter Bluetooth Dongle converts any flight instrument with serial data output to a smart Bluetooth low-energy device. Plug-and-play installation!

Versions
Flight computers have different pin-outs and connectors. It is therefore crucial to buy the right version of the Naviter Bluetooth Dongle for your device.
Make absolutely sure that you are connecting the right version of the Naviter Bluetooth Dongle for your instrument. Failing to do so will result in damage to the Dongle, the flight computer, or both.
The following Naviter Bluetooth Dongle versions are available at the moment:
LXNAV – PDA Port Compatible with LXNAV V7/S7/S8/S80/S10/S100 as well as any LX 8xxx/9xxxx version with a PDA port in the back. No configuration is required. Simply plug it into the PDA port, start the flight instrument, enable its Bluetooth module and Naviter BT Dongle will become visible after a few seconds. The moment it becomes visible as a Bluetooth device, it is ready to transmit data over Bluetooth Low Energy and Bluetooth 2.0 protocols.
LX Navigation – User Port Compatible with all LX Navigation Era, Eos, Helios and 10k variometers with a User port in the back. No configuration is required. Simply plug it into the User port, start the flight instrument and it will become visible after a few seconds. The moment it becomes visible as a Bluetooth device, it is ready to transmit data over Bluetooth Low Energy and Bluetooth 2.0 protocols.
FLARM – IGC standard Port Compatible with all Flarm and Power Flarm devices with a free RJ45 port with standard IGC–pinout in the back. If no free RJ45 port is available on your device, you will need a separate Flarm Splitter to connect Naviter Bluetooth Dongle to your Flarm.
Condor – USB Port Compatible with Condor and SeeYou for PC. Navigate around Condor missions or learn to use Oudie N / SeeYou Navigator in the comfort of your home.

Pairing with SeeYou Navigator and Oudie N
Pairing Naviter Bluetooth Dongle with SeeYou Navigator for Android and iPhone is easy.
Before pairing, make sure that the Naviter Bluetooth Dongle is connected to a supported device and that the device is transmitting on the port where the Bluetooth Dongle is connected.
- Run SeeYou Navigator
- Go to Menu > Devices
- Go to Menu > Devices
- Go to Menu > Devices
- Wait until see “Naviter BLE” device in the list of discovered devices
- Tap on “Naviter BLE”
- Wait until it displays a “connected” message
Done. The Naviter Dongle is setup and ready to use.
Renaming the Dongle
In an environment where several dongles are visible to SeeYou Navigator, such as in the club and at a competition, giving your Dongle a unique name is a good idea. Renaming the Naviter Bluetooth Dongle is easy with SeeYou Navigator.
This procedure assumes you have already paired the Naviter Bluetooth Dongle with SeeYou Navigator. If you did not, read above for instructions.
- Run SeeYou Navigator.
- Go to Menu > Devices.
- Make sure “Naviter BLE” is paired and connected.
- Tap on “Naviter BLE” device to open the menu.
- Choose “Rename dongle”
- Enter any name that will uniquely identify the dongle, then click Save.
Choose a short and easy name to recognize for the Naviter Bluetooth Dongle. Competition sign, glider registration or device type is a good choice in most cases.
If you choose “D–7111” as the new name of your Dongle, it will broadcast its name as
“Naviter D–7111 BLE” in SeeYou Navigator
“Naviter D–7111 BT20” on Oudie
