Well maintained, continuously airworthy, high performance ship (flaps only). Hangered for past four years and majority of planned restoration project completed. Current annual valid through 3/18/24. New annual will be scheduled during inspection. Last flown 5/3/23. All AD’s are up to date with Rudder Hinge AD due at 1650, Flap and Ailerons AD due at 2000. Refurbishments in last four years. New: seats, cushion, control stick boot, microphone, Oudie/phone mount, main gear tire and brakes. Refurbished: Dittel radio refurbished by Peninsula Avionics. Issues / Restoration recommendations: When received canopy had cracks in non-field of vision area. Those have been cross-drilled, chemically fused, and covered with mylar which also acts as a sun shield. Fuselage has minor paint blemishes. Wings near perfect. For full restoration a canopy replacement (not currently necessary for airworthy purposes), and fuselage coat would be recommended. The listed price is well below estimated market value which should allow next owner to have a fully restored classic glider with minimum investment.
