N300DU (MQ) is an updated and well sorted early model DG300 from when Wilhelm Dirks still oversaw production. Options include the large water bags and a tail tank. It also has containers for lead in the vertical stab where I currently have one filled. I have flown it comfortably multiple times over 400km. MQ was featured in Soaring magazine and later by DG in a photo with serial number 510 when MQ flew further. It has been kept up to date with things like a brand new CG hook, Twisted Composites wing tip wheels, updated seals, Strong factory packed parachute, transponder and Power FLARM Core that currently outputs to the V7 and Oudie IGC. LiFePO4 batteries, one man rigger and Cobra trailer are included. Automatic control hookups add to simplicity and safety along with the two spar pins. At over 6' tall the roomy cockpit and reclined seating position saves my back versus the Discus position. I am flying now but listing here hoping to purchase a motor glider that can travel with me.
