Glasflugel H 201 Standard Libelle

Glasflugel Standard Libelle H201, built in 1970, 1496 hours. The glider is in great conditions, fully functional. The canopy is in excellent conditions, no cracks or scratches. The gel coating is also in great conditions with minor scratches in some parts only. It had its last annual inspection by an A&P mechanic on 03/10/2024, all good, current with all ADs. FAA registration is valid till 03/31/2027. The glider is parked in its trailer at Byron Airport in California, USA. It has the standard avionics functional (variometer, altimeter, airspeed indicator, two-channel radio). I have two brand-new lead batteries to power the radio and additional instruments (I used 1 battery to power the cockpit radio and 1 battery to power my handheld LXNav). The glider can carry oxygen, I own the oxygen tank but it needs a regulator. The wings are set up to load water, but honestly I've never flown with ballast. The glider comes with functional tail dolly, one wing wheel, 2 wing stands, canopy cover, rudder clamp, Strong parachute (needs inspection/repackaging). The trailer is functional with brand-new tires replaced in March 2024. The trailer is visible in one of the pictures, marked by a red arrow. I am selling it because I am not flying it frequently enough due to family reasons, otherwise I would be constantly on it. It flies beautifully, like a Cirrus but more stable. It has both nose and CG hooks. Asking $13000.
