This C-70 Serial # 16 is the last one made by Artur Zimmerman and has +90/-10 degree flaps. It has been owned by one owner since 1981; two owners prior. Gel coat was repaired on fuselage and wings and painted with urethane in 1995. Minor hole on top left wing (due to trailer counter spring damage) was repaired in 1994. Last inspected 8/2008; since then the ship has been stored in trailer in dry clean hangar. The are a few gel coat cracks, delaminations and blisters.
