Berkshire Manufacturing Concept 70 and trailer. This is a registered aircraft, with current N number and all paperwork . It is serial number 12. Was an airworthy glider when bought. Intent was to fully restore the ship. Old paint and top gelcoat removed and built back up using Simtech/Prestec products. Needs final sand and paint. Very nice condition. Fully instrumented with old (working radio and oxygen. ). Canopy in like new condition. Comes with 3 gallons of Simtech/Prestec paint. Ship always trailered or hangared in Southern California. Very nice Minden style trailer with new floor, tires, Jackman wheels, etc. Also comes with one man wing rigger. Great 40:1 performance with 90 degree flaps for short field landings. A little elbow grease and someone will have a great ship. Asking $8000 OBO.
