He has more than 5,000 hours total time and more than 3,000 hours of instruction given; has flown more than 100 different makes and models of general aviation aircraft; and has issued more than 2,500 pilot certificates in his role as an examiner.
Blair is also the author of four books in ASA’s Aviator’s Field Guide series: Buying an Airplane, Owning an Airplane, Tailwheel Flying, and Middle-Altitude Flying.
