This DG600M was owned by the late Bill Seed who, in 1994, used it to break the US 300km Out and Return National Record for singleplace motorgliders. The sailplane is now in the posission of the Kansas Soaring Association and is in need of a good home. The sailplane is low time and in good condition with minor cracks in the gel coat. The engine control LCD screen is broken and will need to be replaced (see pictures). Additionally the aircraft logs were lost in the transfer of ownership and the aircraft is currently listed in the FAA registry as a DG500M.
