Are the Classifieds FREE?

YES! Our classifieds are a self-managed, free web publication service. If you need help listing your classified, paid service is available: List My Classified. You can also enhance your listing with one of our optional paid upgrades. Premium Classified, Sponsored Ad or Classified Sailplane for Sale.

How do I create a new Classified?

Watch the detailed video above titled "Step-by-Step Creating a Classified". We walk you through every step. 

I finished creating my classified but it hans't show up yet. How long does it take?

Classifieds may take up to a week to appear, depending on how many are in the queue. We typically publish one new classified per day to ensure each listing gets top visibility—your ad will appear in the #1 non-sponsored spot for at least 24 hours once it's live.

Can I save my Classified as a draft?

Yes, This feature is available with our paid Premium Classified service.

Can I edit my Classified after saving, before it's published?

Yes! You can edit your classified anytime before it’s published. Log into your Wings & Wheels account > MY CLASSIFIEDS > ACTION (yellow pencil icon to edit) > Edit as needed. See the detailed video above.

How long does my Classified last?

Once published, classifieds remain active in the "Published" section for 90 days. After that, they must be manually renewed to stay listed every 90 days. See "How do I renew my Classified" and "How do I remove my Classified".

How do I renew my Classified?

You can renew your Classified by logging into your Wings & Wheels account > MY CLASSIFIEDS > ACTION (yellow pencil icon to edit) > RENEW CLASSIFIED

Will I get notified when my classified is due for renewal?

Yes, you will receive an email 30 days prior to your ad moving to "Cancelled But Not Renewed" reminding you to log into your account and renew your ad. (Please be aware this email may go to your SPAM/Junk folder. See above "How do I renew my Classified?").  If your classified is automatically removed you must wait 90 days to publish a new ad.  Alternatively, our web admin can manually relist your classified in its original place by upgrading your ad to our Premium Service. If you already have our Premium Service for this ad, please email or call and we will take care of the rest.

How do I remove my Classified?

Clasifieds are never "removed". You can move your listing to "Sold" or "Cancelled Not Sold" by logging into your Wings & Wheels Account > MY CLASSIFIEDS > ACTION (yellow pencil icon to edit. Contact information is not available in "Sold", "Cancelled Not Sold",  and "Canceled Not Renewed".

How do I edit my Classified?

You can edit your Classified by logging into your Wings & Wheels account > MY CLASSIFIEDS > ACTION (yellow pencil icon to edit) > Edit as needed. See the detailed video above.

My Classified was automatically removed and placed in CANCELLED BUT NOT RENEWED. How do I get it back into the active listing?

If you didn’t renew your classified within 90 days, it’s automatically removed from the active listings and moved to the “Cancelled but Not Renewed” section. You have two options to relist it. You can upgrade your classified to a Premium Classified for a US$25 fee and our web admin will manually relist your classified in its original place. Or, wait 90 days from the original listing removal, then you're welcome to relist a whole new ad.

How do I contact a seller after the classified is sold or canceled?

Once a classified is marked Sold or Canceled, the seller’s contact information is no longer available. For privacy and security reasons, we do not retain or display seller details after a listing is closed.

Is a donation required?

No, but a Classified Donation is greatly appreciated. While the service is free to use, there are real costs involved in maintaining and improving the platform. Thank you for supporting our community!
