1986, 15 meter , Schempp-Hirth Discus B sailplane. 803 total hours, 42.5/1 LD, standard type certificate, simple to assemble with automatic control hookups and single spar pin. 14 volt battery and charger. It's a great XC machine, flys and thermals like a dream, gelcoat in very good condition, Maughmer winglets, Cambridge Lnav, GPS nav & flight recorder, Trig TT21 mode S transponder w/ L band antenna, Dittel FSG71M radio, boom mic with PTT and cruise / climb switch on the stick, ESA 2 prong TE probe, Ridge Sewing canopy cover, relief system, retractable landing gear w/ warning, pneumatic tail wheel and tail dolly, wing and tail ballast tanks, current annual (May 2018). The ship is stored in a 1985 Komet, clamshell style trailer with an aluminum base and fibreglass top. The tires (2 on trailer and 1 spare) I bought in 2009 and are in good shape. Mini softi parachute and wing stands included. The ship and trailer are always kept in heated hanger @ 0C2, Hinckley IL.
