DG Flugzeugbau DG-800B - 18m

This ship has been very well cared for. The first owner kept it in a climate controlled hangar and would take it out for 6 hour flights in the Canadian Rockies. I'm the second owner, and my hangar is dry and well sealed, though not climate controlled. I have used this ship mostly for contest flying, which means many aerotow launches. As a result, the engine runtime is low for the hours flown. The DG inspection program to increase the service time to 6000 hrs has been performed and the results reported to DG. The trailer has always also been hangared when not in use. The DG marketing name for this ship is DG808B. I cannot bring myself to claim that a 20-year old glider is factory new, so I have called the condition excellent inside and out.
