The synchronized movement of the Cyclo Polisher's dual orbiting heads most effectively mirrors the overlapping circular motion of fine hand polishing. The result is a perfectly balanced machine that produces less vibration and a mirror–like finish without swirl marks or risk of damage to paint.
Because of its dual headed orbital design, its polishing heads do not remain in one spot – even if the polisher is held in a stationary position. As a result, there is no heat build up. No burning, marring, gouging, or swirl marks can occur. Even a novice can produce professional-looking results without the risk of damaging a vehicle's trim pieces or finish.
The Perfect Balance
The Cyclo Polisher's patented dual head geometry relies on two counter–balanced heads that move in a random, overlapping pattern. This results in a uniquely balanced machine, both laterally and longitudinally. While each head is independently balanced, the two heads are also balanced with respect to one another via independent counterweights. As a result, the polisher can be operated one handed with ease and is an extraordinarily smooth running tool exhibiting very little vibration. Operators encounter none of the fatigue nor discomfort experienced with other polishing tools.

Genuine Cyclo Pad Covers are made in three varieties: microfiber suede, microfiber terry and cotton terry. Each pad cover has a specific function in the detailing process. Whether you are applying polish, cleaning interior surfaces, buffing wax, or adding that final touch to bring paint and interiors to a gorgeous shine. The pad covers fit snugly over foam pads with a durable elastic cuff. They will not fly off, bunch, or tear as you buff your paint.

Rubber Pad Holder With Velcro Hook
Rubber base with Velcro hook material that fits over Cyclo polisher heads and allows the attachment of any of our Velcro loop pads in addition to the 600 grit Fast Cut Pad. Two per machine are required, and they will last for months of continuous use. Rubber material prevents marring of polished surfaces by machine should an operator guide the machine too close to a perpendicular surface.
