Complete 301 with factory Eberle trailer. Last flown and inspected about 9 years ago. Recently weighed: useful load is only 139 lb but if you base the useful load on weight of non lifting parts rather than the max gross weight it is 204 lb; most of the added weight is in the wings. The reduced useful load is due to extensive damage and repair history (several tail boom breaks, significant wing repairs). The glider also has a 201B horizontal stabilizer rather then the original 301 horizontal. Trailer is roadworthy but you'd want new tires before any significant journey. The airframe also has some unique history, it was ordered new and raced by Gren Siebels, author of several books on soaring. See the November 1970 issue of Soaring for a flight test of this glider in its heyday. At minimum, this would be a great source of used parts for an enterprising 301 owner.
