Inspection on 07/30/18 revealed crazing on rudder and ailerons. Provided photos to and spoke with M&H and Billy Kern who both estimated refinishing at $7k - 10k if they did the entire job. I don't have time to do any of the work. Reducing pricing to account for these repair cost (cost would be lower if new owner did some of the work). PRICE IS FIRM.
