WINGS & WHEELS IS A DISTRIBUTOR ONLY. PRODUCTS SOLD BY WINGS & WHEELS ARE NOT MANUFACTURED BY WINGS & WHEELS. THE PRODUCTS MAY, HOWEVER, BE COVERED BY EACH MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY, SERVICE, AND SUPPORT POLICY (IF PRESENT). WINGS & WHEELS ASSIGNS AND PASSES THROUGH TO THE CUSTOMER ANY WARRANTY OF THE MANUFACTURER AND CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT SHALL HAVE RECOURSE ONLY UNDER SUCH WARRANTIES AND ONLY AS AGAINST THE MANUFACTURER OF THE PRODUCTS. WINGS & WHEELS MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR EXPRESS WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT EXCEPT THOSE STATED IN THIS DOCUMENT. WINGS & WHEELS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO ANY SUCH PRODUCT, INCLUDING AND WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM STATUTE, TRADE USAGE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
ALL ITEMS SOLD THROUGH WINGS & WHEELS ARE SOLD "AS-IS" OR "WITH ALL FAULTS." THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THESE ITEMS IS WITH THE BUYER. SHOULD ANY OF THESE ITEMS PROVE DEFECTIVE, DO NOT FUNCTION, OR FUNCTION IMPROPERLY IN ANY WAY FOLLOWING THEIR PURCHASE, THE BUYER, AND NOT THE MANUFACTURER, DISTRIBUTOR, OR WINGS & WHEELS, ASSUMES THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING OR REPAIR. MANUFACTURERS DO NOT HAVE A WARRANTY EXCHANGE PROGRAM WITH DISTRIBUTORS. BUYER UPON RECEIPT OF ITEM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL WARRANTY REPAIR OR DEFECT CLAIMS. CLAIMS ARE MADE FROM THE BUYER DIRECTLY TO THE MANUFACTURER NOT WINGS & WHEELS
Returns
All items returned must be in resalable condition, including packaging. So, everything included with the original item must be returned - even those warranty cards - and it must be in the original manufacturer's box/container/bubble pack, and then packed securely. WINGS & WHEELS HAS A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. Returned items may be exchanged for another product or credit on file without a fee. We strongly recommend you use a carrier that will allow you to track and confirm delivery of your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping and insurance fees are not refundable. Please don't return any item COD as our warehouse cannot, and will not, accept it. Returns are limited to 60 days after purchase.
Items not in stock at the time of order, special order, custom orders, orders over 30 days since shipped, tape, anything cut to order, wire, cables, and installed items are non-returnable. Installed electronic items may not be returned for a refund. They may be returned for store credit considered a USED item as determined by Wings & Wheels. Original delivery costs are not refundable.
