* Note international shipments are shipped "Taxes (VAT, GST) Customs fees, brokerage fees "COLLECT" and must be paid by the recipient on delivery. Since these fees vary for each country it is impossible to calculate these fees in advance. Please check your local customs authorities and shipping companies if you have questions regarding local fees for importation of goods.
Since any VAT, Taxes, Customs fees and Broker charges that are not paid by the receiver get re-billed to the shipper (Wings & Wheels), we reserve the right to charge these fees to your account and collect by use of an existing credit card as used with the original purchase. Any dispute over fees charged must be resolved between the recipient and the customs or brokering agency.

International imports and drop-ships: In any case where a international drop-ship occurs (shipment from the manufacturer or their agents) to a customer in the USA or any country and a broker or a broker's agency agent is required and the fees are not collected from the customer these fees will be billed to the customer by Wings & Wheels. We reserve the right to charge these fees to your account and collect by use of an existing credit card as used with the original purchase. Any dispute over fees charged must be resolved between the recipient and the customs or brokering agency.

Be certain to complete warranty registration cards or forms and send to the manufacturer upon receipt of goods as directed. Items delivered are covered by manufacturers warranty when available and in the case of defects covered by warranty items should be returned not to Wings & Wheels, but to the manufacturer for adjustment or replacement.

AIR MAIL AND US POSTAL SERVICE
Normally small packages can be sent inexpensively by US Postal service. Since these are picked up by postal service carriers and not hand delivered to the post office from here there isn't always tracking information available and packages are not always fully insured. If you request Postal service shipping you agree to accept all responsibility
for lost or damaged packages and W&W cannot be held liable for lost or damaged orders.
*Base shipping fee for any shipment, including mail service is $10.00 minimum
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
Any item returned for a refund must be in as-new or as-delivered condition complete with all manufacturers documents (unmodified) and all original manufacturers packaging or higher return fees may be added.
Electrical items or electronics may not be returned for refund but may be returned and credited as USED items for credit as mutually determined by the purchaser and Wings & Wheels only.
Any set-up fees, for equipment and programming as well as custom modifications, custom or special order items are non-refundable.
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED ON CUT TO ORDER TAPES, WIRE AND CABLE,
 OR ON ANY CUSTOM ASSEMBLED ITEMS. SOFTWARE AND ELECTRONIC ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE UNLESS EXPRESSLY COVERED BY MANUFACTURERS WARRANTIES AND RETURNED TO THE MANUFACTURERS COMPLETE AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION FOR EXCHANGE.
Any accepted return items are subject to a 10% return and stocking fee, PLUS a 4% credit card transaction fee. All return items must be in original condition, in original packaging and complete as shipped with warranty registration cards, operators and/or instruction manuals and any included accessories or additional charges may be imposed.

All shipping packaging and delivery costs and any government taxes or customs fees are non-refundable.
Wings & Wheels reserves the right to waive any and all return and restocking fee as it finds appropriate.
